Upon a plea of guilty to driving while under the influence of alcoholic liquor, third offense, the defendant, Norman Bruce Oliver, was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail with credit for 30 days time spent in inpatient treatment; he was fined $500; and his operators license was suspended for 15 years. Upon appeal to the district court, the credit for 30 days inpatient treatment was set aside, but the judgment in all other respects was affirmed.
